Pilates can help with posture, strength and fitness. Classes are designed to help you develop your fitness at a rate suitable for you. Expect a relaxed, happy and informal environment, without any pressure on you to try anything you are not comfortable with. Classes cost £7.50 or £28 for a block of four classes.
- Tuesday: 9.15, 11.30, 5.30 and 7pm
- Wednesday: 9.45, 11.30, 6pm
- Thursday: 9.30, 10.45, 6pm
