A cardiovascular workout based on the principals of boxing ,includes skipping, boxing drills, pad work, foot-work and abdominal workouts – all focusing on fitness. This class is a great way to improve health and fitness, build confidence, learn discipline, learn self defence, instil respect and promote social development.
