Providing support to families living in the Folkestone & Hythe district with at least one child under the age of 8 through: # A home visiting service for families facing challenges, issues and setbacks supported through a one-to-one personalised volunteer service. # Family support groups based in the community to support positive behaviour, childrens' emotional wellbeing, structured play, improving relationships and community participation. # Family groups for Fathers encouraging their' views on parenting and the support needed. # Volunteering opportunities with ongoing training to provide specialised support for the challenges that families face. # Focus groups to enable and empower parents to play a crucial role in how and what services we develop and provide for families.
